Chemical Injection System

After 2 years of hard work and full focus on the task, CRE8 has now delivered its most complex Chemical Injection System ever. The skid is to be installed on the Jotun FPSO.

The Chemical Injection System includes 11 different chemicals/tanks, 20 pumps and 29 individual distribution lines, weight approx. 80 tons. The unit was too big to enter our workshop and we have therefore built it outside in the yard at Sola. The system is based on CRE8’s standard design, which has been well received in the marked due to the technical and commercial advantages. It has been an exciting project and we are incredibly proud of everyone who has been involved in designing and building this impressive unit. The system passed the functional acceptance test smoothly and without problems.
